We have fresh dates that we freeze with the aim of being able to provide you the ecological dates from Elche throughout the year.
The dates are stored in frozen chambers until the moment of shipment and once defrosted they mature, retaining their qualities, flavor and texture as if they had just been taken from the palm tree.
Our dates are natural,  and are collected in the traditional way one by one manually so that the date does not suffer damage and maintain the highest quality.
